The Important difference between a good and a bad ancestor

It is very important to make sure that your home or household is purified before you perform the African ancestral rituals.

Well the evil or not-so-good ancestor is the person who passed away and was known for their evil deeds and just can't stop because they are now dead or ancestors.

For performing rituals or calling your ancestors, it is advisable to use a white candle, black and yellow or (imphepho).

There are numerous ways of communicating with your ancestors, you can either communicate with them by doing a chicken sacrifice or brewing traditional beer. The choice is theirs.

Keep in mind that whenever you perform the rituals all the ancestors, including the evil ones listen to your troubles or requests. We all know that an evil ancestor, can block your blessings, bring bad luck and make things more bad and difficult in your life.

It is advisable to call only clean ancestors when you do rituals since the dirty or evil ones can only bring misery into your circle. That's why it is important to cleanse the ancestors so that they become good and clean ancestors who bring luck and good guidance.
