Here is what a spiritual default means:
Spiritual default is when your practice and journey in healing suddenly become too complex and heavy. Everything just turns from bad to worse and makes no sense.
Here is why.
You were engaged in services and purposes which are not yours and out of your mission.
You plagiarised or copied someone's theory /ideas/healing methods. This is a failure to listen to God and your ancestors.
Indeed you are highly gifted but your alignment doesn't correspond with what you are called and tasked for.
Clear signs that you are defaulting.
Your God and ancestors shut doors on you. Ancestors no longer communicate with you, they shut down your reading capabilities, when you consult, pray/cleanse /initiate patients, your prayers and healing ability become weak and ineffective.
You constantly become very ill to a point that you think or conclude somebody has stolen your powers.
Usually, this happens to most African healers. Due to pride, some are afraid to face their downfall and they rather surrender to the easiest way which is ukuthwala (Healing with magical powers from the devil).
Instead of accepting their failures and going back to the drawing board or starting afresh they rather seek refuge from the devil. This is wrong and punishable in the ancestor's kingdom.
When you become a healer, I just want to alert you that there's totally nothing wrong with failure and starting all over again. It is part and parcel of your spiritual journey. Mistakes are part of the process and you will make a lot of mistakes when you are new, but there's always room to learn.
Healers must know that a spiritual gift can't be cheated on. Never say you want to go the extra mile to serve your purpose, you will fail dismally and be at risk.
"A traditional healer can't operate as a doctor at a c -section ward in the name of extra miles. The same applies to a spiritual gift. Remember that the life of another person depends on you.
Your ancestors and God can't even back you up as you took it upon yourself without their authority or summon to do so.

Stop adopting what you see on the streets, just because you see other healers doing it. Do you and serve your purpose with dignity and perfection.
My ancestors once shut a certain door in my practice and I performed a serious introspection about the flaws in my practice. I searched for reasons why and realized that it was something I adopted somewhere which doesn't align with my ancestor's bloodline, background, culture, etc.
Thanks for reading and hope you receive healing from this spiritual craft.
