BRUTAL EXECUTION: Gunmen Exchange Greetings Before Gunning Down Man (41) at Jimmy Jones Village

MALAMULELE – A dark cloud has fallen over Jimmy Jones village, just outside Malamulele town in Limpopo, following the cold-blooded murder of a 41-year-old man at his property on Friday evening, 19 June 2026.
The tragic incident, which occurred in full view of the sanctity of the victim's home, has left family members and the entire local community reeling in deep shock, terror, and disbelief.

A Chilling Ambush
According to preliminary reports, the horrific attack unfolded at approximately 20:00 on Friday night. A group of unknown heavily armed assailants walked onto the deceased's property and calmly approached the house.
In a chilling twist, the perpetrators initially exchanged casual greetings with those who were present in the yard. However, immediately after the greeting—and without uttering any demands or asking any questions—the gunmen drew their firearms and opened fire.
The 41-year-old victim was shot several times at close range. Emergency services and local police were summoned immediately after the gunmen fled back into the pitch darkness. Unfortunately, due to the severity of the multiple gunshot wounds he sustained, the man succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead on the scene.
Motive Still Unknown
At this stage, the motive behind this ruthless execution remains entirely unknown. No arrests have been made yet, and police are appealing to anyone with concrete information to step forward to help bring the cold-blooded perpetrators to justice.
